In 2003, we purchased a vacation timeshare package for the purpose of treating our healthcare service firm employees and families to their dream vacations on the annual anniversary date of employment. When the reccession affected our business, we extended the immunities to other vacation lovers and families. Wedding anniversary vacations, Honeymooners getaway, Church Retreat, Family Reunion, whatever the occasion, we have the accommodations to meet your needs. Our goal is to use up unused accumulated vacation points and excess inventories of our Timeshare Properties by renting the unused units (vacation points) at affordable rental prices below market rental rates.
If you are a vacationer or vacation events planner, our (TIMESHARES) properties are your option to rent affordable vacation resorts properties below vacation market rates. Why buy a timeshare when you can rent multiple resorts properties in different States, Cities towns and cenetral American destinations? Excess Inventories: Excess inventory properties are off season or left-over resorts properties available to the quick getaway vacation Events planers. Availability and destination are limited on a first come first serve basis, so you need to call at least a month ahead with your preferred destination and number of guests information. We rent excess resorts accommodations inventory up to a group of 5 to 20 or more simultaneously tomultiple destinations base on properties availability at preferred geographical.
Our vacation homes include Five (5) Stars Hotels around the USA and the Caribbean with unlimited immunities.
Weekly Check-In From Thursday-Thursday, Friday-Friday or Saturday To Saturday; Full week vacation rental only; No Daily rentals.
Weather you are planning an event, or vacation accommodation for 5- 50 guests, call us for resorts availability this week and every week. We have the destinations and Accommodation for Winter, Spring or Fall, swimming or skiing.
Registration fees is $50.00. Rent starting from $850, sleep up to 5 guest for a full week, $1,500 sleep up to 16 guests. Register customers can rent vacation properties as often as they want. We have unlimited properties and destinations to choose from.
We know that a memorable vacation is a vacation well planned; but a honeymoon, a quick weeklong vacation getaway, church retreats, job conferences are usually spontaneous or simply taking a break from the stress from the-same-old, or a therapeutic change of scenery.
